From Framework to Practice: Sustainability Assessment for Digital Education
UNICEF Learning Innovation Hub, 2025-2026
Co-designing the practical implementation of the UNICEF EdTech for Good Framework 2.0, a methodology for assessing the sustainability and impact of digital education tools across diverse contexts.
My work is to translate sustainability assessment into operational use through the Learning Cabinet platform: defining what evidence matters, how to collect it responsibly across partner countries, and how to present findings in ways that support real programme decisions. This involves stakeholder coordination across multiple regions, structured research synthesis, and iterative testing with non-expert users.

Multilingual Training and Capacity Building

I lead the content creation and digital implementation of a training and capacity-building package for ADT Studio, an AI-powered education assessment tool.
The package is being developed using AI agents, assuring the documentation is always up to date by running automated checks in the git repository. All documents are translated into English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, and requires connecting the tool's vision to user needs across education specialists, field practitioners, and programme teams.
ADT Studio is recognised by UNESCO and OECD under SDG4 Quality Education.

Knowledge Products for Donors and Senior Stakeholders
United Nations Development Programme and UNICEF 2024-2025
Producing reports, dashboards, presentation decks, and advocacy materials that translate complex programme work into decision-ready communication. At UNICEF, this includes donor-facing impact reporting and data dashboards for the Learning Innovation Hub. At UNDP, this included analytical reports, infographics, and advocacy materials supporting programme communication across 170+ country offices, including contributions to UNDP's 60th anniversary institutional communications.

Cross-Functional Coordination at Scale in Private Sector

Led cross-functional coordination and governance across product, engineering, and vendor teams in a large-scale digital transformation programme. Managed deliverables, budgets, and reporting across 1,500+ stakeholders. Built a governance function from scratch, including budgeting, hiring, and vendor management. Established programme standards and engagement models that enabled decision-making at scale, contributing to measurable efficiency gains and approximately CHF 1.5M in annual savings.

Teaching and Facilitation
Hochschule Luzern and Fachhochschule Graubünden, 2025-2026
Guest lecturer on ethical decision-making and systemic consequences of programme and design choices for BSc Information Science students. Using the Consequence Scanning methodology, participants map intended, unintended, and potentially harmful consequences of decisions. Pre- and post-measurement showed participants reporting responsible decision-making as an active part of their practice increased from 33% to 80% over a single session.
Also serving as invited expert assessor for Bachelor graduation work in Design Management at Hochschule Luzern, and as industry mentor for Master's research projects.
