UNICEF: Building the Onboarding Layer for an AI Tool

UNICEF Learning Innovation Hub, 2026

I lead the content creation and digital implementation of a training and capacity-building package for ADT Studio, an AI-powered tool for accessible education. The tool itself is new, and my job is to build the layer that helps real people to understand and adopt it.

The package was developed with AI agents, that guarantee the content is always up to date by running automated checks in the git repository.

ADT Studio is recognised by UNESCO and OECD under SDG4 Quality Education.

Afterlight: Building Solo with AI

Independent project, 2026

Afterlight is a journaling app for parents that asks everyday, at dusk, the same question: what was your favourite part of today?

Afterlight was conceived, designed and built solo and independently. From the first sketch of the idea to a deploying the app, I owned every decision: what problem it solves, what it doesn’t, how users should feel, and how doing so could advance my coding and AI skills.

Design Operations at Sunrise UPC: Building a Function from Zero

Sunrise UPC, Zurich, 2021-2024

At Sunrise, I led cross-functional coordination and governance across product, engineering, and vendor teams in a large-scale digital transformation programme. When I started, Sunrise did not have a centralized approach for Design Operations and the work was pulverized and, at times, overlapping.

Establishing processes and standards for stakeholders made them confident to scale, which translated to roughly CHF 1.5M in annual savings.

Teaching and Facilitation: Sitting Beside, Not Ahead

Hochschule Luzern and Fachhochschule Graubünden, 2025-2026

I tapped into teaching and mentoring role as a guest lecturer on ethical decision-making (BSc Information Science students at FHGR) and as invited expert assessor (Ba in Design Management at HSLU). Alongside with that, I have been mentoring young professionals pro-bono on topics related to Sustainability, Impact and Design practices.

Read more about it.

Before and after numbers demonstrating that students reporting responsible decision-making as an active part of their process sat at 33% before the session, raising to 80% afterwards.
